Practice prenatal yoga to ease common discomforts such as hip and back pain, experience a more restful nights sleep, and find a community of other expectant mamas. This prenatal yoga program is appropiate for all levels of athletic ability and prior yoga experience. The 45 minute class provides a complete yoga practice without cramping your busy schedule. This is particulaly appealing to busy mamas who have less time to devote to their pregnancy. Get ready for baby in this class for first-time or long-time-between expectant parents. Learn about preparing for labor and the stages of labor, delivery, and practice breathing and relaxation exercises, medical interventions and a tour of the Obstetrics Department are also covered.
